Description

CUAV CAN PDB Carrier Board

CUAV CAN PDB Carrier Board is a new integrated flight controller CAN carrier board of CUAV. which combines the functions of the flight control carrier board and the power distribution board. When it is combined with CORE. it can provide automatic driving functions for UAVs/unmanned vehicles/unmanned ships and other equipment. and at the same time provide 10 redundant main power supplies. 5V/6A and 12V/4A power output.

Whether it is circuit design or hardware work materials. CAN PDB is the leader in flight controller carrier boards and power distribution boards. Thanks to the ultra-thick copper and thick tinned PCB. it can provide up to 180A of continuous working current for any device. The self-developed TTI algorithm achieves 0.1A current and 0.05V voltage measurement accuracy comparable to precision instruments.

Main Functions of CUAV Carrier Board

  1. Support 10~62V ultra-wide voltage input
  2. Continuous current: 180A
  3. Accurately measure voltage and current. current accuracy within 110A is 0.1A. voltage accuracy is 0.05V
  4. 14 servo channel output
  5. Dual regulated output interface: It can provide up to 5V/6A. 12V/4A power output for peripherals
  6. Ultra-thick copper and thick tin-plated PCB can effectively reduce the heating caused by the internal resistance of the circuit under high current
  7. Power indicator LED. visually indicating Lipo voltage status
  8. Ultra low pressure drop 10 main power output
  9. Future upgrades support more functions such as high-precision power consumption statistics and transient power consumption push

PDB Carrier Board Advantages

  • Excellent heat dissipation and current-carrying capacity: The ultra-thick copper layer PCB brings excellent current-carrying capacity. and the windowing tin plating reduces internal resistance and improves hear dissipation capacity.
  • 78W UBEC regulated output: Generally. the UBEC of the distribution board only has a regulated output of 1-2A. and the CAN PDB can provide a regulated output of up to 5V/6A and 12V/4A
CAN PDB is a multi-functional CUAV Carrier Board of CORE flight controller. which provides abundant interfaces. integrates the functions of power module and power distribution board. and supports voltage input of 10-60V. and provide continuous working current up to 110A. It adopts self-developed ITT algorithm and has high accuracy power detection of 0.1A and 0.05V. It has 10 power output welding points. and provides a 5V/6A and a 12V/4A stabilized output to provide power for external device.
CUAV CAN PDB Carrier Board can compatible with all CUAV Flight Controller such as CUAV V5+ Core Autopilot Flight Controller / CUAV X7 + Core Autopilot Flight Controller / CUAV X7+ Pro Core Autopilot Flight Controller.
