Our AT series ESC features a dedicated fixed-wing core algorithm program. optimized for high-performance motor control. The software structure has been fine-tuned to ensure exceptional proficiency. We use original imported components and an ingenious printed circuit board (PCB) layout to guarantee high-quality. stable. and cost-effective performance.
The built-in BEC (Battery Eliminator Circuit) module provides stable and high-efficiency output. ensuring safe operation in various power supply settings.
The AT Series ESC features advanced hardware filtering and synchronized continuous current management. which enables faster and more reliable throttle control. Additionally. it includes multiple protection functions. such as abnormal voltage detection. thermal shutdown protection. low battery voltage warning. and throttle signal loss detection. to ensure safe and reliable operation.
This brushless electronic speed controller (ESC) features multiple programmable parameters. allowing it to be easily adapted for use in various environments and applications. Additionally. it supports LED programming cards. simplifying the setup process and making it more convenient to tailor the ESC's settings to specific needs.
Important Disclaimer: The AT series ESC is designed for use under strong power systems only. Improper operation of this RC model can pose a danger. All devices are original and manufactured to ensure high quality and reliability.
When using a NiMH battery. the low. medium. and high cutoff voltages are set to 9%. 50%. and 65% respectively. based on the startup voltage. A value of 0% disables the low cut-off function.
The throttle ranges for servos. servometers. and brushless ESCs (such as the T-MOTOR AT Series) differ from one another. Before flying. it's essential to calibrate the throttle range. To do this. emit a 'beep' tone through your transmitter. connect it to the ESC. wait for 2 seconds. and then proceed with calibration.
If the motor fails to start within 2 seconds. the ESC will automatically shut down the power output. Additionally. if the throttle signal is lost for 1 second. and this loss persists for an additional 2 seconds. the ESC will completely cut off the output power.
After powering on. if the motor does not spin and an alert tone is emitted. it may indicate that the throttle direction has been reversed. In this case. a special tone will be emitted twice to signal the reversal. requiring the user to adjust the throttle setting accordingly.
The motor will initially emit a 'BEEP-BEEP' sound. followed by the sequence '56712' approximately 5 seconds later. indicating that you have entered the ESC programming mode.
When selecting 'Parameter Items' under '3'. you'll see six adjustable parameters. The motor will emit distinct beeps in a circular sequence. Once you've adjusted the desired parameter. move the throttle stick to its top position. You'll hear a series of beeps followed by the motor emitting 'i515'. indicating that the value has been successfully saved.

AT(Fixed Wing Series) ESC manual DISCLAIMER Under strong power system.wrong operation for RC model will bring danger . ESC has smooth feel and great linear for the speed control .
The AT Series ESC features adjustable low. medium. and high cutoff voltages as percentages of the startup voltage (0%/50%/65%). Additionally. when set to Lipo battery type. the ESC can detect the number of cells in the battery.
The Soft and Super-soft modes have an initial slower speed. requiring 1.5 seconds for Soft startup or 3 seconds for Super-Soft startup. If the throttle is fully closed (stick moved to the bottom position) within 3 seconds after the initial start-up. the ESC will automatically switch to normal mode to prevent potential crashes.
Note that various transmitters may have distinct throttle ranges. It's essential to calibrate the throttle range before taking flight. and you should also reset it whenever you switch to a new transmitter.
To emit the 'beep-' tone. you should move the throttle stick to its bottom position and wait until the throttle range has been confirmed. The normal startup procedure is as follows: first. move the throttle stick to the bottom position; then. connect the battery pack to the ESC; and finally. switch on the transmitter.
If the motor fails to start within 2 seconds. the ESC will automatically shut down power supply. Additionally. if the throttle signal is lost for 1 second. the ESC will cutoff power completely after an additional 2-second delay.
This ESC features automatic overload protection. which cuts off or restarts power supply if the motor load suddenly increases excessively. Additionally. if the motor fails to respond after powering on. an alarm tone will be triggered.
Abnormal voltage readings may indicate issues with the power system. Check the battery pack to ensure it's functioning properly. If the receiver or throttle signal appears irregular. inspect the transmitter and throttle channel cable for any problems. Also. verify that the throttle stick is not stuck in a particular position. To resolve this. move the throttle stick to its lowest position and then reset the throttle range if necessary. Finally. ensure the throttle direction is set correctly and that it's not reversed.
After entering program mode. you will continuously hear an 8-tone sequence. If you quickly adjust the throttle stick to its lowest position within three seconds after hearing any tone in the sequence. the corresponding option will be selected.
a special tone "1515" emits. means the value is set and saved . moving the throttle stick to the bottom position within 2 seconds will exit program mode .
